(Boat, paddles, clothing etc.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Boat<\/strong> should meet regulations and be in good working order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accommodation<\/strong> arrangements made for race weekends.<\/li>\n<li>Start to practice your <strong>Race Preparations<\/strong>, in pre-races and also in training with <em>Delivery Fulls<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Start to <strong>Taper<\/strong> your training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<h5>2\/3 Weeks to go&#8230;<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stop reviewing<\/strong> your progress, work with what you have and deliver to the best of your ability.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Travel<\/strong> arrangement to races arranged.<\/li>\n<li>Start to practice <strong>Course\u00a0<\/strong><b>Visualisation<\/b>\u00a0of the site you will be racing at. Also be able to watch videos for specific sites.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pre-plan Solutions<\/strong> to possible race-day problems, be prepared for some eventualities eg.
