Format

  • Paddle for 60 mins on your kayak ergo - take a photo of the screen showing the distance you covered - send it to us.
  • For a direct comparison it is important that each paddler 'calibrates' their ergo before starting.
  • 1: Set the flywheel resistance first, to whatever setting you see fit.
  • 2: Calibrate your Drag Factor/Drag Resistance.
  • 3: Pull hard!

  • Ergo distances are also eligible for the 100k Day Challenge, but do not count towards the Totals Table.
  • NOTE: The Ergo Challenge format is currently provisional and subject to change.
